We manufacture in the Western Cape. As a manufacturer, we are completely independent and not reliant upon any other sources for products. All our products are manufactured inhouse and are manufactured to the highest quality standards at all times. The Company specialises in the manufacturing of chemicals and cleaning detergents as well as the distribution of cleaning accessories. Certain of our products are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable. A detailed brochure and price list of our full range is available from our offices. All products we supply, and manufacture are quality guaranteed. Should a customer not be completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly uplift and replace the product

Caprichem continuously works hand in hand with our Raw Material Importers in developing new products. Our contract manufacturing division constantly requires us to develop products for those whom we manufacture for. We have our own fully equipped in-house laboratory with a qualified team of four Analytical chemists. We utilise our research and development in conjunction with our in-house laboratory's qualified Analytical Chemists to ensure product integrity, uphold ISO 9001 2015 Standards, handle customer queries, and keep abreast with new trends and developments within the industry.
As an ISO 9001 accredited company we strictly follow high quality levels within the company, from our administration to the product reaching our clients stores and even beyond. In manufacturing each and every raw material is checked and Quality Controlled before entering our stores. In the manufacturing process, all our equipment is kept in perfect working order at all times. Each batch of product that is manufactured has a batch number allocated, which is unique to that batch. A retention sample of each batch manufactured is kept for a one-year period to refer to if necessary.
Numerous of Caprichem’s products are manufactured strictly in accordance with SABS specifications. I.e.
Food industry - products bear the SANS 1828 and 1853 marks.
Disinfectants - All Caprichem disinfectants are registered with NRCS and carry a registration number.
As an added service to our customers, Caprichem has invested in a very large in-house training facility, whereby we offer theoretical as well as practical training. When training is not possible from our training facility, we offer the same service to our customers on site. Whether it is a food factory, valet center, school, or retirement home for HACCP training, vehicle cleaning or floorcare training, our sales representative will be fully equipped to provide off-site staff training. When sales representatives are employed by Caprichem they write in-house exams and are trained to become qualified before servicing existing and new clients. We will always do our best to make sure that our customers and staff are using the correct products in the correct way for the purpose intended. Once training is completed, a certificate is issued to each worker that attended the training relevant to the industry ie: food & beverage, automotive, hospitality, etc. This is very necessary because it uplifts one’s spirit and keeps all staff motivated.

We have our own fleet of vehicles allowing Caprichem to be in total control of our distribution. We are proud to state that we provide one of the best delivery services within our industry. Our policy is to deliver within 24 hours from receipt of order to our local destinations. Our country routes have specific days allocated for deliveries to the outlying areas. Our contract manufacturing division does however operate differently as these orders are normally huge tonnages and are planned for accordingly.

As an add on service to our customers, Caprichem has a Technical Division whereby we offer Technical Services such as descaling of Dishwashing machines, regular service calls and minor repairs. We can also supply portion controlled equipment for the correct product use, which means that products are dosed at the right proportion for cost effectively.
We do Dosing units for Dishwashing machines and Laundry machines, BD2's and Tap feeders for kitchen sinks for manual dishwashing, Click-a-mixers for custom portion control of chemicals, Foaming units for the Automotive Industries as well as hand soap dispensers etc.
